A natural communicator and systems thinker, Lauren is the first and most consistent point of contact for FloBotz clients — guiding them through discovery, onboarding, and long-term relationship building with clarity and warmth.
With a background in client services, account management, and team leadership, Lauren understands how to translate complex solutions into accessible wins for clients. She brings structure to sales operations, empathy to customer interactions, and follow-through to every conversation. Internally, Lauren ensures the sales pipeline remains healthy and aligned with delivery capacity — and externally, she anchors FloBotz’s reputation for responsiveness and reliability.

John leads the FloBotz development team, where he architects and implements our most critical backend systems. With a degree in Computer Engineering from STI College, John brings years of experience building and optimizing automation, CRM workflows, and systems infrastructure. His work powers the seamless coordination between our internal tools and client platforms. As head of development, John oversees the design and deployment of high-performance solutions that enable FloBotz to operate efficiently and scale intelligently. His leadership and deep technical expertise ensure we stay ahead of the curve in automation and systems innovation.
